General Information
The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to personally identify you.
Data Collection on This Website
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. Their contact details can be found in the section "Controller" in this privacy policy.
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits (see Section 3). This website does not use cookies.
2. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of the GDPR is:
Stellanova International GmbH
Hofmarkstr. 9
82544 Egling
Germany
Phone: (+49) (0) 8176 9985671
Email: info@stellanova.de
The controller is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.
3. Provision of the Website and Creation of Log Files
When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. This includes:
- IP address of the requesting device
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the file retrieved
- Website from which access was made (referrer URL)
- Browser used and, where applicable, the operating system of your computer and the name of your access provider
This processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of our website – for this purpose, the server log files must be collected. The data is automatically deleted after no more than 7 days, unless a statutory retention obligation applies or the data is still required to clarify a specific suspected case of abuse.
4. Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider (hoster): IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.
In this context, the hoster collects various log files, including your IP address (see Section 3). The hoster is used for the purpose of fulfilling our contracts with prospective and existing customers (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast, and efficient provision of our online services by a professional provider (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) has been concluded with the hoster.
5. No Use of Cookies
This website does not use cookies. No user profiles are created, and no recognition features are stored on your device.
6. Contacting Us
If you contact us by email, telephone, or any other means, your request, including all resulting personal data (name, request), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your inquiry. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR, provided your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR), if such consent has been obtained.
Data you send to us via contact requests remains with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to its storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies. Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.
7. SSL/TLS Encryption
For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption to transmit confidential content. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address bar changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the padlock icon in your browser's address bar.

- Access the personal data we have stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification of inaccurate personal data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure of your personal data stored by us (Art. 17 GDPR)
